Hey! Today I am going to navigate my thoughts on the food we had to improve our health or daily diet. Our daily meal help us to feel energize but as some bad practices performed during preparation of our food causes harm in our health.

Like I am facing problem of PCOD since 6 years which is result of wrong lifestyle of eating habits. Moreover, many women or girls faces this problem in their early stages which imbalance their hormones, causes obesity, depression and many more. Obviously being women we desired to look beautiful, fit and perfect but mostly such imbalanced lifestyle caused exertion and leads to lack of confidence. But generally whatever the food intake we had, was of bad quality as they were prepared with wrong practices. Therefore, I must say going “organic” is only solution to get into good lifestyle to improvise our health issues. Organic foods are prepared with crops which must be grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, bio-engineered genes(GMOs), petroleum based fertilizers and sewage based fertilizers.

Even organic livestock raised for meat, eggs and dairy products must have access to the outdoors and be given organic feeds. They may not be given antibiotics, growth hormones or any animal by products. Certainly, such a good quality product will have a major impact on our mental & emotional health as well as the environment.

TRANSITIONING TO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE WITH PCOS

Change is difficult, but I always have felt that change leads to better things whether it feels like it at the moment or not. When it comes to improving your health in regards PCOS, the only thing that a positive change can lead to is life… in more ways than one.
